Frequently asked questions

How do I set a wallpaper on iPhone?

iOS doesn't let apps change the wallpaper directly, so it takes two steps:

  1. In Natsumar, open the wallpaper and tap Save. It goes to your Photos.
  2. Open Photos, pick the image, tap the share button and choose Use as Wallpaper. (Or: Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper → Photos.)
How do I set a wallpaper on Android?

Open the wallpaper and tap Set, then choose Home screen, Lock screen or both. Set with… hands it to your phone's own wallpaper picker instead.

Can I preview or adjust it first?

Yes. Tap Preview to see it behind a clock and app icons, and adjust blur, dimming and framing. Save, Set and Share all use the adjusted version.

How do I add the daily widget?

iPhone: touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → search for Natsumar → choose a size → Add Widget.

Android: touch and hold an empty spot on the home screen → Widgets → find Natsumar → drag it to your screen.

It shows a new wallpaper every day; tap the shuffle button to change it. Tap the widget to open that wallpaper in the app.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works without one. An account only syncs your favorites between devices.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: account icon → Delete account. It's immediate. See all the options.

Can I use the wallpapers for something else?

They're licensed for personal use as your own device's wallpaper. Printing, reselling or re-uploading them isn't allowed (see the Terms). If you'd like to use one for something specific, just ask.

What data does Natsumar collect?

No ads. Analytics and crash reports only if you accept them; your email only if you create an account. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
